"Unfortunately I was unable to be present, this time, when Lee cleaned my carpets. I had my father come over while they were there. I'll be honest, my dad generally does his cleaning himself and I know he feels like I could do the same. He may have changed his mind!
My father was really impressed with how meticulously the technician cleaned the carpets. He completed the job very quickly and they turned out amazing. He also pointed out that it would be best if we changed some padding and a couple tack strips that had retained moisture from past spot cleaning that we have done ourselves. I feel this goes above and beyond what most companies would do and this makes you stand out above the rest.
